CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL+ NO SHOW POLICIES CREDIT CARDS

CREDIT CARDS WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH US, WHETHER YOU ARE BOOKING ONLINE, IN-PERSON OR OVER THE PHONE.

ONLINE BOOKING DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE IN THE CLIENTS ACCOUNT UNTIL USED.

LATE CANCELLATION

If you cancel under 24 hours, you will be charged for 50% of your service(s).

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are over 15 minutes late to an appointment, you may: *receive a lesser service for the same cost as the originally booked service* will need to be rescheduled with the “no show” fee, which is 50% of your service.

NO SHOW

If you do not show up for your service(s), you will be charged 50% of your service(s).

SERVICE CHANGE

Services changed at the day of service for lesser value will still be charged for the original booked service price.

CONFIRMATION COURTESY CALL

We give courtesy calls to our valuable guests as a friendly reminder. Our confirmation calls are NOT mandatory and it is the clients responsibility to remember their time and date of their appointment.
